Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit

Schedule:

3x12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week), Day or Night (rotating)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years PCU nursing experience
• Cardiac experience preferred (electrophysiology focus and general cardiology)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• EPIC charting experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit with a focus on cardiac conditions.
• Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage patient care related to cardiac issues.
• Administer medications and perform conscious sedation as necessary.
• Participate in rapid response and code teams as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
