BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required;
Epic proficiency required - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Competitive pay rate: $59.18/hour
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Float across a variety of ICUs including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, MICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Provide expert critical care to patients with diverse acuities
- Manage ventilators, IV starts, telemetry, and other advanced ICU procedures
- Adapt quickly to different ICU environments based on staffing needs
- Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality nursing care during night shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and goals
Required:
- Ohio RN license or Compact license
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Skills in IV placement, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management
Preferred:
- Experience working in multiple ICU settings
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
