- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
- Hours/week: 36 hours
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certs: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Experience: 2+ years of recent progressive care experience in a similar PCU/Stepdown setting
- Pay package discussed upon application

- Provide high-quality care for patients on a 32-bed PCU with mixed acuity
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias
- Administer medications, including IV therapy and blood products
- Manage central lines, PICC lines, and heparin protocols
- Respond to rapid response and code situations
- Support pre- and post-surgical patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and float within the organization as needed
- Ohio RN license (active)
- 2+ years recent progressive care or PCU/Stepdown experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Ability to float across units as needed
- Strong skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
