• Provide high-quality care for patients in a Progressive Care Unit
• Float within units and to other OSU-affiliated hospitals as needed
• Start IVs, monitor telemetry, and manage patient needs
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and changes in condition

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of recent RN experience in a PCU or telemetry setting
• Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity when needed

• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
