- Start IVs, monitor telemetry, and manage patient needs
- Document patient care accurately in Epic
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and changes in condition
- Ohio RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of recent RN experience in a PCU or telemetry setting
- Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity when needed
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
