Interim House Supervisor RN – Behavioral Health | Nights

Schedule: 5×8-hour night shifts, with potential to discuss a 3×12-hour weekend coverage option.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead nursing operations and ensure appropriate staffing based on census, acuity, and patient needs
• Oversee admissions, discharges, patient care, and changes in condition
• Ensure accurate documentation, MARs, assessments, chart checks, and safety logs
• Provide staff support, coaching, mentoring, and clinical oversight
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, professional, and facility standards
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care as needed
• Serve as the nursing leader on shift and coordinate with physicians and administrator-on-call

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Behavioral health/psychiatric experience
• Charge RN or leadership experience strongly preferred
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
