Singlepoint Healthcare | Patient-Centered Chronic Care

Ready to deliver meaningful care in a model built around access, compassion, and whole-person support? Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, comprehensive care for patients with inflammatory diseases.

Experience in rheumatology or neurology is strongly preferred. This provider will support our Multiple Sclerosis practice, rheumatology clinic, and infusion center.

What You’ll Do
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients
  • Develop evidence-based care plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic and lab testing
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state law and practice guidelines
  • Partner with physicians and care teams to support acute, chronic, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Support quality improvement, peer review, and clinical best practices
  • Participate in research-related clinical assessments as needed
Advanced Practice Provider - Rheumatology/Neurology

What You’ll Bring
  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Master’s degree
  • DEA registration or eligibility
  • CPR certification
  • 2–5 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and patient education skills
