Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) - Midday Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Midday shift: 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) will provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, managing patients' needs and ensuring high standards of care are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and triaging patients in the Emergency Department.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and changes in condition.
- Providing patient education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Updated vaccinations including COVID-19 and MMR.
- Fit testing and competencies specific to Emergency Department nursing.
