Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) - Night Shift
This position requires a night shift, working from 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM.
This is a 13-week contract position.
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role involves assessing patients, administering medications, managing critical situations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
- Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations efficiently.
- Current RN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited provider.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification is a plus.
- Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting is preferred.
