Description:
The Clinical Resource Unit requires registered nurses with experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry. This position involves floating to various medical and surgical oncology units. Candidates must have a strong background in high-acuity patient care. Working knowledge of infection prevention protocols is essential. Staffing ratios may vary by unit, typically around 1:4 for Medical-Surgical Telemetry. Weekends and variable shifts may be required based on unit needs.
First week of orientation will be conducted during the day. Following that, bedside orientation will occur across subsequent weeks. All candidates must be willing to comply with credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting. References are required from previous employers. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited nursing program.
