Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Nurse to manage and provide care to patients and their families in an outpatient palliative care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care in alignment with our professional practice model.
You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, pharmacists, and chaplains to manage complex symptoms and support patients and families throughout the disease trajectory.
