Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

RN - MS/Tele

Schedule:

Nights (3x12s); weekdays and some weekends

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• IV certification
• EPIC experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Start and manage IVs and administer medications
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses
• Provide patient education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Compliance / Notes:

• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after booking
• Strict reference and responsiveness expectations
