• Assist with central line insertion/management, implanted ports, and PICC lines care and maintenance
• Starting IVs and administering IV therapy
• Maintain infection prevention standards and isolation precautions
• Conduct pressure ulcer assessment and prevention
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety procedures
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC system
• Collaborate with small clinic team to provide quality outpatient care
• Think independently and stay motivated in a self-directed environment

• Active RN license in Ohio or applicable state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in outpatient or clinic settings
• Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment

This outpatient clinic in Columbus, Ohio, is a small, fast-paced environment with only 2 staffed beds across 4 rooms. The nurse will receive orientation tailored to their needs and will be expected to be self-motivated and resourceful. The clinic operates during daytime hours, and the staff work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.
