Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient management and ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions promptly upon arrival and perform accurate triage.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient status continuously, recognizing signs of deterioration.
• Document patient information, assessments, and interventions thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of emergency room nursing experience preferred.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
