- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,710 - $1,800
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 12 months of hospice experience within the past 3 years
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based hospice nursing role
- Complete hospice admissions and initiate patient care with professionalism and compassion
- Perform up to 3 admissions per 12-hour shift
- Provide skilled nursing assessments and accurate EMR documentation
- Coordinate care needs and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Support patients and families with clear guidance, empathy, and education
- Travel within the assigned Columbus and surrounding Central Ohio service area
