What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to cardiac ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and manage critical patient conditions, including use of telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Administer IV therapy, conscious sedation, and other treatments as needed
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac ICU
• Hands-on experience with telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, balloon pumps, PA lines, and conscious sedation
• Epic EMR experience

• Previous travel nursing experience

About the Assignment This assignment is at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, providing dedicated cardiac ICU care. The unit handles high-acuity cardiac cases, requiring skilled and adaptable nurses ready to deliver excellent patient-centered care in a dynamic setting. You'll work a night shift schedule with up to 6 weekend shifts over a 3-month period, ensuring a balanced and engaging work experience.
