- Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

- Provide symptom management for patients experiencing uncontrolled pain, severe nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms to improve quality of life
- Deliver compassionate palliative care within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
- Support patients through serious illness with an emphasis on comfort and dignity
- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to float across units, working independently and as part of a team
