Ohio license required, BLS, ACLS - Experience:
2+ years ICU experience (Surgical, Trauma, Burn, Transplant ICU preferred)

- Provide ICU patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic and medication systems (Pyxis, Accudose, Omnicell)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using SBAR communication protocols
- Float to other units as needed
- Call required for certain shifts and situations
- Ensure patient safety and uphold clinical standards during your shift
- Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience (preferably in Surgical, Trauma, Burn, or Transplant ICU)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work night shifts and float as required
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
