• Provide specialized cardiac critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor patient status using Telemetry and other advanced equipment
• Administer IV medications, sedation, and manage ventilators
• Perform procedures such as PA lines, Swan-Ganz catheter management, balloon pump care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Float across units as needed, providing support where required
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety, and documentation standards

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of ICU experience, with preference for cardiac ICU
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong assessment and communication skills
