• Hourly Rate: $59.18

• Care for patients with a variety of medical diagnoses, including pre and post-surgical cases
• Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to rapid response/team calls
• Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage central lines and PICC lines
• Assist with respiratory support, wound care, and heparin protocols
• Float within OSU organization as needed
• Follow unit procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies

• Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent progressive care experience in a stepdown or PCU setting
• Strong telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and IV skillsets
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: experience in a teaching hospital, familiarity with surgical patient care

This assignment is at a busy, reputable hospital in Columbus, Ohio, caring for a diverse patient population in a 32-bed PCU with an average daily census of 25–32 patients.
