Description:

The position requires a night shift schedule of 7 PM to 7 AM on Friday and Saturday, plus one weekday night. No call obligations are required. Candidates must be experienced in general OR procedures and hold relevant certifications. Experience includes abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, coronary artery bypass grafting, and laparoscopic cardiac surgery, among others. Knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic procedures is necessary, along with charting experience in Epic.

Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient populations and in a fast-paced environment. The unit will support cases related to heart and vascular care, with a focus on surgical interventions. Candidates must be able to adapt to emergency situations and apply appropriate nursing interventions. Professional references are required, including one from a managerial position. Candidates should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
