Certifications:
Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required - Experience:
2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

- Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients with complex needs
- Monitor and manage ventilators, IV lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and PA lines
- Administer conscious sedation and medications
- Respond to patient emergencies, including arrhythmias and hemodynamic instability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
- Proficiency with tele, vents, Swan-Ganz, balloon pumps, and EPIC system
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
