LPN OR RN

Columbus Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves patient assessments, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records.

LPN or RN

• Obtain, verify, and record patient health histories
• Perform physical assessments and gather health data
• Collect biological samples and specimens for lab analysis
• Provide basic patient care as ordered
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist healthcare professionals with exams, diagnostic procedures, and minor medical procedures
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
• Document patient assessments, interventions, responses, medications, and test results

• Active LPN or RN license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical documentation and compliance standards
