Registered Nurse – Infusion

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to hematology and oncology patients in an infusion clinic setting. Ensure high-quality patient assessments and deliver effective treatment plans while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer infusions and monitor patient responses during treatment.
• Assess patient needs and conditions to develop appropriate care plans.
• Educate patients about their treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, exercising critical thinking skills.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, certifications, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of employment or multi-state license with no encumbrances.
• Possess current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with hematology/oncology patients in clinics or hospital settings.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between clinic locations as needed.
