Job Summary The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care to patients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions across Basecamp Recovery Center's service locations. This role delivers psychiatric evaluation, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric medication management, and integrated care services while rotating between our Franklinton outpatient facility and Whitehall outpatient facility. The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team and under the clinical guidance of the NP Lead and/or Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of patient care and regulatory compliance.#

Core Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care including psychiatric evaluation, MAT services, and medication management across multiple sites
* Deliver evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
* Rotate clinical services between Franklinton and Whitehall as scheduled
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team including counselors, case managers, peer support specialists, and nursing staff
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and best practice standards
* Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activities
* Support continuity of care across the continuum of services## Qualifications

Job Duties ## DIRECT PATIENT CARE
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
* Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including buprenorphine induction, maintenance, and tapering
* Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications for patients with co-occurring mental health disorders
* Conduct initial evaluations, follow-up appointments, and crisis assessments as needed
* Perform physical examinations and order appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
* Interpret lab results, urine drug screens, and other diagnostic information
* Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and treatment team
* Provide patient education regarding medications, side effects, and treatment expectations
* Monitor patient response to medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
* Document all patient encounters thoroughly and timely in electronic health record system## MEDICATION-ASSISTED…
