Gentiva Hospice in the United States is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide dual hospice and palliative care. The role blends autonomy and collaboration, performing hospice Face-to-Face visits and managing patient plans of care with the IDG/IDT.
The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, NP certification, and has 2+ years of NP experience with hospice/palliative exposure;
