Ohio Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Neuro Surgical Services at Riverside Methodist Hospital. In this role, you will lead and support an experienced OR nursing team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based perioperative care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams. You will champion patient safety, drive process improvements, and support staff development.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management of neuro surgical services in the operating room at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and case flow for neurosurgical procedures to ensure timely, safe, and efficient care.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership to OR nurses, surgical technologists, and support staff, serving as a clinical resource and mentor.
- Promote and maintain high standards of patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to AORN and hospital policies.
- Lead or participate in performance improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives specific to perioperative and neurosurgical services.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize perioperative care plans and patient outcomes.
- Support recruitment, hiring, orientation, and ongoing competency assessment of OR staff, encouraging professional development and certification.
- Assist in budget management, resource utilization, and equipment/supply oversight related to neuro surgical services, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, address variances, and implement evidence-based practice changes.
