What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate with radiology team to ensure safe and effective workflows
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes
- Assist with pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Document care and procedures accurately within EPIC electronic health record system
- Support floating to other units as needed, and participate in call shifts
What You Need
Required:- Active Ohio RN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
- Strong procedural knowledge and patient care skills
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and floating shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, supporting the Interventional Radiology team by providing expert nursing care. The role involves managing patients through complex imaging-guided procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with all medical protocols. The RN will work a day shift schedule, with call shifts required, to provide continuous patient support and coverage.
