Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology
Typical business hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Assignment DetailsCall: 2 shifts of call during contract;
Weekend coverage as needed: every other or every third weekend
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- EPIC experience preferred
- Clinical skills:
Circulating and scrubbing for IR procedures, dysrhythmia recognition/management, Swan-Ganz/PA line monitoring, lines, drains, ports, embolization
- Assist in interventional diagnostic and treatment procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide appropriate interventions.
- Ensure the sterile environment in the procedure rooms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
- Document patient information and procedures accurately in the charting system.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only);
Strict credentialing and fingerprinting required after booking.
