• Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,090-$4,380

• Active Nurse Practitioner certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in neonatology required
• Experience in a Level 3 NICU or similar neonatal intensive care setting preferred
• Strong procedural skills, including intubation, umbilical line placement, and thoracentesis
• LP experience preferred
• Comfort working a rotating day and night schedule
• DEA may be required for credentialing

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy NICU environment
• Assess, stabilize, and manage newborn patients with varying acuity levels
• Perform neonatal procedures as needed, including intubation and umbilical line placement
• Support care for a patient load of approximately 12-15 patients per shift
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Respond to clinical needs within a high-delivery hospital setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively across the care team

• Work in a supportive Level 3 NICU with strong clinical collaboration
• Enjoy a balanced rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts
