  3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration:12-hour day shifts
• Shift Time:6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Credentialing Timeframe:6-8 weeks
• Patient Volume:
  
  Approximately 10-12 patients per day

• Current Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PICU and/or Level IV NICU experience
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Strong skills in trach and ventilator management
• Experience with arterial punctures and intubations required
• Must be comfortable practicing in a highly specialized neonatal and pediatric critical care setting
• Compact RN licensure may be considered

• Provide advanced acute care support for critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
• Manage care within a high-acuity BPD unit and Level IV NICU setting
• Perform and assist with advanced procedures including arterial puncture and intubation
• Support tracheostomy and ventilator management for complex patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric care team to deliver safe, effective treatment
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical precision
• Document care accurately in Epic and contribute to smooth continuity of care
• Maintain a high standard of compassionate, family-centered pediatric care
