OR RN – Operating Room

Variable shifts: days/evenings; 8s, 10s, or 12s. Call requirements include Monday–Friday: 2100–0630, Saturday & Sunday: 0630–1900 and 1900–0630. Weekend expectation: up to 3 weekend shifts per 13 weeks as needed.

High-volume operating room with approximately 45-50 surgical procedures per day.

• Minimum 2 years Operating Room RN experience.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma operating room required.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Xi robotic system.
• Liver transplant experience required.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  Neuro OR or Ortho.
• Proficiency in scrubbing for surgeries.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.

• Assist in the preparation and circulation of surgical cases.
• Provide patient care during surgical procedures.
• Ensure a sterile environment throughout the surgical process.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records.

Candidate must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after contract signing. References: two professional references required, with at least one being a manager/director. Valid RN license required at the time of submission. Flu vaccination required, except for medical exemptions.
