CVOR Registered Nurse
Night shift (19:00–07:00 / 7pm–7am)
No on-call requirements
Requirements- 3+ years total OR experience required
- Minimum 2+ years dedicated cardiac and vascular experience (includes transplant)
- At least 1 year CVOR experience
- At least 1 year experience in a Level I Trauma facility
- Must have scrub experience for cardiac and vascular cases
- Required certification: BLS
- Experience with electronic charting system:
Epic
- Provide high-quality patient care during cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
- Assist with various surgical interventions including CABG, valve surgery, and transplants
- Monitor patient status perioperatively and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required. Strict Ohio fingerprinting timeline for credentialing.
