Assignment Details

• Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Float required between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum
• Call required
• Weekend coverage required
• COVID-19 vaccine:
  Not required;
  Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

• WMC Permit (most convenient): 24/7 garage access, $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100-day permit
• WB Permit (budget option): weekend/holiday garage access, 24/7 West Campus surface lots, shuttle provided, $16.35/month
• CXS Permit: weekend/holiday garage access, 24/7 Buckeye and West Campus surface lots, $32.83/month

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Preferred: AWHONN Advanced, EFM experience

Key Skills: Couplet care, antepartum and high-risk antepartum care, cesarean section support, vaginal delivery, postpartum hemorrhage management, pregnancy-induced hypertension, magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, EFM use, newborn assessment, breastfeeding instruction and support, discharge teaching, central line maintenance, phlebotomy, pain assessment and PCA management, blood and blood product administration, and multiple births.
