What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess, prioritize, and treat patients efficiently and compassionately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
- Document patient information and care interventions accurately
- Respond quickly to emergencies and adverse situations
- Adhere to hospital and regulatory policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support patient and family education during visits and stays
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license or eligible for licensure
- Previous ER or acute care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
Preferred:
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in a similar fast-paced hospital environment
