Registered Nurse
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a step-down unit, where you'll provide critical care in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide nursing care in a step-down unit
- Monitor patients' cardiac status and interpret dysrhythmias
- Administer IV insulin protocols and manage insulin drips
- Float between units as required
- Work night shifts, including every other weekend
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Previous telemetry experience
- Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
