Registered Nurse In The Pc Unit At James Cancer Hospital
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PCU at James Cancer Hospital, where you'll provide critical care to oncology patients.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide high acuity care to PCU patients
- Implement infection prevention protocols
- Manage patient falls and safety measures
- Utilize telemetry and special equipment for patient monitoring
- Float between units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Collaborate with rapid response teams
- Active RN license with BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
- At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, including 1 year in a PCU setting
- Experience with high acuity PCU patients
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
- Oncology experience is preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
