Nurse Navigator

Columbus Oncology is looking for a full-time
Nurse Navigator to join our team! This position would be Monday through Friday for 8 hour shifts during the business hours of 7:30 am to 5 pm. This position also includes the benefit of no weekends, no evenings, and paid time off for holidays.

As a Nurse Navigator

• Guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Help patients overcome barriers related to transportation, finances, nutrition, and support services
• Advocate for patients and ensure timely, high-quality care
• Provide proactive follow-up and care management to improve outcomes

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher)
• Active Ohio RN License
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Oncology, acute care, care coordination, patient navigation, or case management experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
