Make Your Nursing Skills Matter at Home
We’re looking for an LPN who is confident, attentive, and passionate about pediatric care to support a child in their home in Delaware, Ohio.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a trusting relationship with a pediatric patient while providing skilled, hands-on care in a familiar home environment.
Your Role- Provide individualized nursing care throughout the shift
- Safely manage tracheostomy and feeding tube care
- Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
- Monitor the child’s condition and communicate changes to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate daily documentation
- Work closely with the family to support a safe and comfortable environment
- Current, active Ohio LPN license
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and feeding tube care
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
