As an LPN, you'll help residents stay safe, healthy, and comfortable.

You will:

• Provide daily nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Watch for changes in resident health and report concerns
• Assist with care plans and resident services
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Keep accurate resident records and documentation
• Follow safety policies and healthcare standards
• Work closely with caregivers and nursing staff

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Experience administering medications preferred
• A caring and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
