Role: Staff RN in the Neuro Spine Unit 1
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients with neurological and spinal conditions.
- Manage post-operative care, pain control, neuro assessments, and support rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery processes.
- Utilize advanced technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.
- Current nursing license with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and evidence-based practices.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
