Role:
Staff RN on the Neuro Spine Unit (Nights)
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with neurological and spine conditions.
- Perform post-operative management, continuous patient assessment, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and their families about condition management and recovery processes.
