Veterinary Client Service Representative

Four Paws Animal Clinic is currently seeking an outstanding, people-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team! Ideal Candidate

Has experience with a focus on client services and satisfaction. They must maintain a professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service always. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for serving the needs of pet owners!

• Client communications and education
• Performing reminder calls
• Excellent phone and fax communications
• Maintaining proper documentation in the computerized medical record
• Managing record requests between referring veterinary clinics and specialty practices
• Acting as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers
• Proficient in all the clinic's protocols

• Previous relevant experience desirable
