This is a full-time, on-site position for a Landscape Crew Leader based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Landscape Crew Leader will oversee and manage daily landscaping operations, including coordinating team activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include supervising lawn maintenance, landscape installs, hardscaping, and other related services. The role involves direct interaction with team members and clients to execute projects that meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Experience in landscaping, including knowledge of lawn maintenance, landscape installation, hardscaping, and equipment operation.
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills to supervise, train, and support crew members effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to tackle on-site challenges and maintain high-quality work standards.
• Reliability, time management, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license; certifications related to landscaping or horticulture are an advantage.
• Passion for landscaping work and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
