Accountabilities- Capture QFSE data from various inputs, review for accuracy and completeness, and record it in the appropriate system.
- Create and communicate reports for use by Stakeholders
- Communicate policies and standards to BEF stakeholders.
- Deliver Training to associates regarding data systems, procedures, and principles
- Identify and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations and non-compliances
- Provide input for the development and improvement of BEF data systems.
- Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline
- Apply data analytics to identify a wide variety of risks and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Management or Food Quality Relate Role
- Working knowledge of Food Science
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Management Systems, and Government/Local regulations (21 CFR 110, 111, 117).
- Experience in a broad range of food production operations in order to assess quality assurance risk
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety plans, cGMP, food quality system, sanitation, allergen control, and environmental monitoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter.
- Must possess the ability to always maintain external and internal confidentiality.
- Methodical and detail oriented
- Draft and Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline - Ability to Lead discussions and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Must be able to work remotely for extended periods
- Must be able to follow GMP and safety policies and procedures
- Proficiency in documentation and computing, including report generation, database maintenance, and resource tracking.
