QFSE​/SQF Technician​/Coordinator

Most call it (SQF- safe quality foods) or something similar.

• Capture QFSE data from various inputs, review for accuracy and completeness, and record it in the appropriate system.
• Create and communicate reports for use by Stakeholders
• Communicate policies and standards to BEF stakeholders.
• Deliver Training to associates regarding data systems, procedures, and principles
• Identify and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations and non-compliances
• Provide input for the development and improvement of BEF data systems.
• Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline
• Apply data analytics to identify a wide variety of risks and escalate ‘out of Norm’ situations.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Management or Food Quality Relate Role
• Working knowledge of Food Science
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Management Systems, and Government/Local regulations (21 CFR 110, 111, 117).
• Experience in a broad range of food production operations in order to assess quality assurance risk
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety plans, cGMP, food quality system, sanitation, allergen control, and environmental monitoring.

• Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter.

• Methodical and detail oriented
  - Draft and Submit accurate and complete technical reports within specific timeline

• Must be able to work remotely for extended periods
• Must be able to follow GMP and safety policies and procedures
• Proficiency in documentation and computing, including report generation, database maintenance, and resource tracking.
