- Direct the quality assurance department and manage quality personnel
- Ensure products comply with industry, company, and customer quality standards
- Create a proactive approach to quality assurance
- Work with customers to resolve quality issues
- Document quality employee performance and suggest ways to improve
- Assist with new product and program launches
- Manage all quality documentation (PPAPs, control plans, etc.)
- Upgrade and refine Quality Management Systems
- A Bachelor's Degree is necessary
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing is needed
- Strong leadership skills and customer relationship skills
