Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting food safety and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Implement and oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain and monitor the food safety system, driving continuous improvements in product quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with USDA regulatory requirements and serve as the primary contact for USDA inspectors.
- Coordinate USDA sampling and testing activities, addressing non‑compliance issues promptly.
- Lead internal audits, manage positive
E. coli events, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety leadership.
- HACCP certification and experience with GFSI food safety standards (BRC preferred).
- Knowledge of USDA regulations, food safety principles, and sanitation practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
