Connect Housing Blocks is seeking a detail-oriented Production Reporting Analyst to support our manufacturing operations team. This role will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting production data used by leadership to monitor production performance and drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, and the ability to organize and communicate information accurately. This position works closely with production leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure production data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

• Track and maintain daily production data and operational information
• Input, organize, and maintain production data within Microsoft Excel
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and production reporting documents
• Upload and maintain production information within internal AI-based systems and tools
• Review data for completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Assist with creating recurring production reports and summaries for leadership
• Work with production leadership and other departments to gather and verify information
• Maintain organized reporting records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data organization processes
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience using Pivot Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and Excel reporting functions
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Experience using AI tools or technology platforms
• Experience with ERP systems or production software
• Recent graduates with relevant education and internship experience are encouraged to apply
