Quality Assurance Administrator
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Quality Assurance Administrator for our Columbus, Ohio Corporate Office location.

Responsibilities- Works with the Quality Assurance Specialists, QA Engineer, QA Manager, and QA Assistant Manager to bring product quality issues to resolution
- Manages incoming product concerns from the sales force and documents issues using Cases.
- Answers Tier 2 Contact Center Escalated phone calls while logged into the Quality Assurance Hunt Group
- Responds to emails sent to the Quality Assurance Group
- Manages the creation and sending out of UPS return labels
- Manages the placing of No Charge replacement orders and credit requests
- Manages the sales rep experience timeline (time to close a case). Manages communications associated with the stock check process.
- Assists the Quality Assurance team in ensuring timely and accurate repairs
- Assists the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that electronic files are maintained for all vendors. This includes Certificates of Compliance, Material Test Reports, and updated warranty information
- Continually learns about Kimball Midwest products and quality procedures
- Assists the Quality Assurance department with completing continuous improvement goals, as applicable to this position
- Assumes any special responsibilities assigned by the QA Manager, QA Assistant Manager, or Director of Purchasing
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
This role is on-site, Monday - Friday.
