Job Summary
Second Avenue is searching for an independent contractor who holds a Broker’s license, to be the Broker of Record for our operation in Ohio.
This position is ideal for a licensed Real Estate Broker who is:
Not working full-time in real estate and would like to earn extra income using their Broker license.
Seeking part-time, supplemental income.

As the Broker, you will receive monthly compensation and coverage of your real estate license expenses (to the extent such expenses relate solely to serving as Broker of Record for Second Avenue's entity), as agreed upon in the contract. In return, you will assist in securing a company real estate brokerage license and membership with REALTOR® and MLS organizations, as required to facilitate the company expansion.
Qualifications and Experience
Must hold a broker license eligible to be the responsible, managing, designated, broker-in-charge, principal, qualifying, or employing broker (whichever designation is required for your state of licensure) for our real estate firm in Ohio.
Must be eligible to join REALTOR® and MLS organizations (current membership not required).
