A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at a 144-unit market-rate residential community in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing leasing performance, and delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. • Lead and manage all leasing activities for a 144-unit market-rate apartment community
• Drive leasing performance to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
• Conduct tours, close prospects, and oversee application and approval processes
• Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies
• Monitor traffic, conversion, and leasing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain strong resident and prospect relationships through exceptional customer service
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and resident retention initiatives
• Support rent collection and assist with delinquency follow-up when needed
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitive analysis
• Maintain accurate leasing reports, CRM tracking, and documentation
• Partner closely with the Property Manager to support operational and financial goals
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

• 2+ years of leasing or property management experience
• Proven track record of achieving strong leasing and occupancy results
• Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with property management software preferred (Yardi, App Folio, or similar)
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

• $60,000 base salary + up to $12,000 annually in performance-based incentives & bonuses
